Awesome photos, is there any way of telling me where some of these bridges are? I noticed a fair bit of Calatrava in there and was wondering names/places about some of the others?

The photos are beautiful, in fact, outstanding, but I am extremely disappointed that they are not identified. I have traveled widely and recognized some of them, but please, PLEASE, identify them. Thanks. Eldon R. Wilson

I'm so delighted and relieved there has been proposed a design for a replacement bridge that would equal or exeed the attractiveness of the original that I've wanted to nominate it for placement in some classification of (the world's) beautiful bridges ;-) FWIW it's identified as the Modified Network Tied Arch Bridge and can be viewed at https://www.nysdot.gov/lakechamplainbridge/alternatives. Thanks for letting us comment.
