This plane is located west of Portland, Oregon.

seems more like a McDonnell Douglas I suppose.

it's a TU, Tupolev, made in Russia...
That is an ex-Olympic Airways Boeing 727-284 and judging by the "C" on its nose, it must be the SX-CBC "Mount Parnassus" (first flight 1969, operated for OA 1969-1998)
