  5. Awesome photos, is there any way of telling me where some of these bridges are? I noticed a fair bit of Calatrava in there and was wondering names/places about some of the others?

  9. The photos are beautiful, in fact, outstanding, but I am extremely disappointed that they are not identified. I have traveled widely and recognized some of them, but please, PLEASE, identify them. Thanks. Eldon R. Wilson

  10. I've been casting about for beautiful bridges. I'm so delighted and relieved there has been proposed a design for a replacement bridge that would equal or exeed the attractiveness of the original that I've wanted to nominate it for placement in some classification of (the world's) beautiful bridges ;-) FWIW it's identified as the Modified Network Tied Arch Bridge and can be viewed at https://www.nysdot.gov/lakechamplainbridge/alternatives. Thanks for letting us comment.
