The flaw in this reasoning is the assumption that the other artist was the original and that we can see it in a photograph. What makes something original is not always captured in a still image especially when the goal is to suggest otherwise. Some of these examples are absurd and, ironically, unoriginal as others have said already.
It would be far harder to prove the case if you chose a collection of Gaga photos that doesn't suit your agenda.

A lot of these look photoshopped, but interesting point nonetheless. Hey, who WASN'T influenced by Madonna, right? I can dig up some pictures of myself in the early 80's trying to pull off that look myself.
Some of these aren't very close at all, and in others you can see that Lady Gaga was inspired by the outfit.
HOWEVER, I'd like to make a note about the last "Kylie Minogue" picture: Lady Gaga's lightning bolt was inspired by David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust. NOT by Kylie. :)

Most of these don't even look similar and amount to "OMG! She is looking in the same direction and wearing sorta-of the same colour!"
Others are just plain stupid. Yes, GaGa clearly stole the eye-thunderbolt from Kylie, and not from David Bowie, it all makes total sense now!

Half of these outfits aren't even exact counterparts of the other ones that they're being compared to, as well. It's like saying hip-hop steals from other music by sampling it. The sad thing is that she's copying other peoples music. She basically lifted the music from a Korean girl band and reworked the words. And there's word about stealing some of Madonna's stuff. She denies it but then the proof is there.

Quite the opposite. She has dullified real originality and originals. And most of her fans are so mainstream, it's almost hilarious they'd have ANYTHING to say on art, style, music. She's supposed to be "avantgarde" but her fans are like the most generic mainstream types there are.

There are originals, Lady Gaga is obviously not one of them. Some people are inspired and some take and pretend it's their own. Very different concept. Maybe you should do of your own thinking.
